Yuna Perry

Yuna Perry is a Partner Recruiter at Madison Search Partners. Prior to joining Madison Search, she was an Executive Talent Scout at NIKE Inc. her core function at NIKE was Senior Level Executive Search for the top 1-3% of Nike Businesses around the world. Prior to her employment at Nike, Yuna was a Managing Director at Business Design Consulting. Her core function at BDC was Organizational Design and Senior Level Recruitment. Most notably, her custom ideation and development of large scale recruitment and research strategies, organizational models, role delineations and the development of theoretical/methodological approaches to these matters, lend her to implement solutions for the diverse needs of clients.

Yuna has worked successfully as a Principal at Korn/Ferry International, and as a consultant to organizations such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Capital One Corporation, TaTa InfoTech, The World Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Goldman Sachs and Cendant Corporation and Johnson and Johnson to name a few. Yuna has earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of California, Davis. She holds a Master Degree from New York University, Department of Culture and Communication. Her PhD work was also at New York University in the Department of Culture and Communications.
