Remote Recruiter - Ideally will reside in the NYC Tri-State Area.

Madison Search Partners is a leading boutique executive search firm in NYC specializing in Senior-Mid level placements for VC and PE backed start-ups.

Sectors include: Enterprise SaaS Platforms, Mar-Tech/Ad-Tech, Consumer Internet

Focus: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Client Services, Operations, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition NYC based positions.

Sub-Specialty: EU based companies launching operations in the US/NYC

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and Identify appropriate candidates via LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter for our active searches
  • Conduct Original and Ongoing Research creating customized company Target Lists from which to recruit out of – utilizing all online and proprietary resources
  • Inmail and Follow Up with interested candidates via phone- Presenting the opportunity
  • Qualify and Vet candidates based on assessment questions
  • Present qualified/interested candidates
  • Meet Weekly Quotas based on delivery of qualified/interested candidates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agency, Search Firm or In-House Recruiting experience- at least 1 year
  • Experience in the Enterprise SaaS, Digital Media, Mar-Tech, Ad-Tech, B2B and/or Consumer Internet space- (can come from the client side- we will train in recruiting and LinkedIn Premium Corporate Recruiter)
  • Power-User of LinkedIn Premium Corporate Recruiter Premium Platform is highly desired
  • Ability to be laser focused, organized, detail oriented- and work independently with guidance
  • Effective and Proper Professional Communication skills- both verbal and written
  • High Energy, Passion, and Personable
  • Driven to succeed and earn high compensation for results delivered
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Bachelors Degree
