As an internal Researcher you will be responsible for spearheading all facets of Online Research- from researching, sourcing, and identifying appropriate level candidates for our various search assignments- to business development efforts with companies in our sector specialties.

Candidate/Business Development Responsibilities

  • Utilizing LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter, our proprietary database platform- as well as other online database tools/sites/directories such as CrunchbasePro, Owler, Thalmus, G2Crowd, etc- you will generate, compile, and continually update specific targeted lists of candidates in NYC and companies in our industry focus
  • Build robust pipeline of top talent and venture capital start-up companies in funding stages
  • Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn and email on behalf of firm

Ideal Profile

  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, recruitment marketing, or programmatic capacity
  • Strong learning agility and passion for driving results
  • Organized, focused, tech-savvy, professional, and process oriented
  • Compelling verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent business acumen and prioritization with passion for data integrity
  • Strategic thinking experience with Talent Acquisition technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM’s
  • BA or BS is required
  • AIRS Certified (Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter) or other relevant talent sourcing certifications- a big PLUS but is not required
