Opportunity
We are in search of a Senior Account Executive – Northeast to be based in New York. Responsible for day-to-day management of North East territory and ensuring revenue goals are met and/or exceeded.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant contacts at each assigned agency and client; present a consistent image of professionalism, timeliness and accountability to those clients; build high levels of client satisfaction
- Provide creative and solutions-based ideas to develop major brand and CPM deals
- Provide accurate and timely answers to client queries on a daily basis
- Strong focus on client categories within key vertical markets
- Daily interaction with CRM tool to update and manage activity and pipeline
- Present articulately and passionately about Company’s offerings and assets
- Represent Company at industry events
Job Specifications
- 3-5 years experience, longer a plus, in a position with sales responsibility (ideally from within a media company, or the agency side)
- Established relationships at top tier agencies, ie: MediaVest, Mindshare, MECi,etc.
- Knowledge of the online media business and underlying technology and research; traditional media, or emerging markets would be advantageous
- Passionate, engaged, committed and student of the industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong account planning skills
- Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships. Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate resources and relationships outside of direct line of responsibility
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
COMPENSATION
Base $110-$125K, overall $225K at plan
