The exchange includes over 40 top ad network/agency buyers and dozens of leading publishers, who deliver targeting data on more than 170 million unique users each month.


Opportunity


The Senior Director/VP of Agency Sales & Development is responsible for creating, nurturing and expanding relationships with the Company’s Online Ad Agency partners. The Senior Director/VP will prospect, inform, and evangelize the use of the Company’s data as a key factor in the agency’s online media plans. We are looking for an outgoing, analytical sales professional who builds strong relationships and loyalty with customers and co-workers.


Requirements


  • At least 5 years of prior experience selling online advertising to agencies at a senior level ; behavioral targeting background highly preferred

  • Strong rolodex of online agency contacts and a track record of successfully selling high value, sophisticated media products including BT

  • Ability to prospect, pitch and close direct sales

  • Strong team building, personnel and sales management skills

  • Highly analytical, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities concurrently

  • Deep understanding of the online ad industry, experience ad targeting and optimization

  • Very high drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced, cutting edge market

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills

  • High energy and enthusiasm to develop the next big thing in internet advertising

  • Impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics

 

 

COMPENSATION

Vice President level- Base $150K-$175K, Bonus $100K+, plus substantial equity

Regional travel of at least 30% will be required.
