Position Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable senior-level marketing solutions sales executive with the experience, creativity, confidence and passion necessary to drive sales of an exciting, innovative mobile marketing product. We are driving the explosive growth of location-based advertising and marketing solutions and are looking for the right candidate who embraces the tremendous opportunity in front of them and will make an impact and contribute to their success.
The successful candidate will be adept at selling at the C-level within major retail and consumer brands and capitalizing on strong demand and interest in a breakthrough mobile marketing solution impacting an organization’s ability to drive success across their direct response, promotional, branding, and CRM strategies.
This critical role requires a strong comfort level utilizing a research-based selling strategy, evangelizing the unique service platform value proposition, and furthering the company’s position as a pioneer in the development of location-based marketing and advertising solutions.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed realistic sales objectives and revenue goals
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Work closely with senior management in developing our sales strategy
- Provide well-thought market feedback and suggestions to drive
marketing and product direction
- Provide accurate revenue projections
- Effectively negotiate contracts
- Coordinate product launches with product and account management
- Develop strong working relationships with all areas of the company
Job Requirements and Experience Needed:
- Track record of success in selling digital marketing solutions within large organizations
- A good working knowledge of marketing analytics, digital marketing technologies, CRM systems, mobile marketing and marketing research techniques and terminology
- Experience in developing highly professional customized proposals and sales presentations
- Creative thinker, exceptional team player and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to process information and incorporate feedback into an interactive business conversation
- Disciplined work style
- High integrity, energy and enthusiasm; self-directed and motivated
- Entrepreneurial attitude - overcome any obstacle, creative, willing to be an evangelist for a new product / service
COMPENSATION
Competitive Base ($125K-$150K+) - overall $225K-$250K+.
Aggressive variable compensation structure + equity participation.
