Our client is launching new Mobile Performance buying agency. They have licensed a top DSP platform and will be in a market leading position to run and manage direct client’s mobile campaigns. The DSP/RTB technology will be able to optimize ahead of any other agency competitors in the mobile space. They will operate both as an agency and also as a network- and use mobile media to generate leads more than online media.
Opportunity
We're looking for a star Sales Director to seek out direct clients to run and manage their mobile media spend. The agency will be able to buy media on behalf of these clients. The clients can pay for the media on a pay for performance basis- CPC, CPL, CPD, CPI, CPA. This is a player/coach role and the right person could end up being the General Manager of the company.
Specifically, candidates will be responsible for generating revenues by negotiating a broad range of mobile advertising A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive a long sales cycle. Candidates must feel comfortable prospecting, and negotiating in person and via phone on both transactional and high value/exposure deals. An ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on the Company’s offerings is crucial.
Responsibilities

Relevant online advertising sales experience. Familiarity and knowledge of the media landscape is essential. Any mobile experience is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenues.

Working knowledge of both PowerPoint & Excel.

Ability to interact at all levels and presenting both over the phone and in person.
Compensation
Competitive Base Salary ($100-$125K) and Aggressive Commission Structure/Overall Earnings Potential plus equity participation/stock options.
