Position Opportunity


They are looking for a Business Development Manager to help them continue to penetrate top-tier companies with their web design offerings. This position will be focused on providing strategic consultative solutions to potential clients. Interactive Service offerings include Technology Enabled Strategy (eLandscape, User Experience Analysis, ROI & Measurement), Creative (Video & Animation, Rich Media Advertising, Viral Marketing), Media Buying & Planning (Search Marketing), eCRM, HCP Service on Demand.

The Business Development Manager will work with the business development team to deliver prospective client presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new client relationships. The Business Development Manager will also help develop new lines of business in new industry verticals. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of self-motivation and work well both individually and within a team environment.



Job Requirements


  • At least 5 years of online business development, sales or strategic planning experience

  • Proven ability to close deals and land new accounts

  • Contract negotiation experience

  • Sophisticated and confident negotiation skills

 

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree; Masters of Business Administration preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to give presentations

  • Solid proposal writing skills

  • Experience developing business in financial services and consumer goods a plus

  • Experience with interactive agency work highly preferred

 

 

COMPENSATION

They offer competitive base salary ($125-$150K) plus aggressive commission, with benefits and exceptional growth opportunities- overall at plan is $250K+
